Join the conversation to learn and ask questions about supporting yourself and others through tough times and earn service hours doing it!

Expert panelists from multiple backgrounds will share methods and resources to help support your own wellbeing as well as advocate for others. Panel discussion topics will include: mental health, grief and depression, digital wellbeing, addiction, and abusive relationships. Stick around after the discussion to help make “You Are Not Alone” kits that will be used by Daybreak Dayton.

This program is for 7-12 graders.
