In this class you will learn a brief history along with the techniques to:
Prepare crunchy cilantro croutons, make a traditional Caesar dressing, and grill heads of romaine for a grilled Caesar salad
Slicing fresh vegetables with a mandolin to arrange and bake a classic Ratatouille
Skin and portion salmon filets to pan sear and bake to perfection.
Create a fresh green onion and aji amarillo relish.
Clean and cook Yuca to prepare “cakes” for frying.
