Slasher Night at THE NEON – hosted by Bryan Bardine & Christopher Burnside from the UD English Department – returns for the third year with two more classic slasher films on October 29! This year, it’s a Wes Craven double feature, with the original A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, written and directed by Wes Craven, followed by the original SCREAM, written by Kevin Williamson and directed by Wes Craven. Both movies were so good that they each spawned large franchises. If you’ve never seen these iconic slashers on the big screen before, this is the perfect opportunity to watch them as Wes Craven intended. A $20 ticket buys access to both films – Tuesday, Oct. 29 starting at 7:30.
