Don’t miss the Bach Society of Dayton’s Sons of Art concert, featuring Vivaldi’s renowned Gloria. Experience the vibrant melodies, expressive harmonies, and lively energy that make Vivaldi’s music unforgettable. The Bach Society will perform one of the more famous of the two surviving settings, which was almost certainly written for his students at the Ospedale della Pietà, a girls-only orphanage in his native Venice, around 1715.
