Soul Food Thanksgiving with Chef Dane

Come ‘pregame’ Thanksgiving with us, with the way dinner should be.
Chef Dane is taking over Joui Wine to serve a memorable family-style feast with four expertly paired wines.
Here’s the menu:
Collard greens
Red velvet beet cornbread with maple butter
Baked mac n’ cheese with parmesan breadcrumbs
Shrimp and grits with gumbo broth, pork chorizo, and scallions
Fried chicken wings with jalapeño honey
Sweet potato cheesecake topped with pecan praline sauce
Dinner begins at 6 p.m., starting with a welcome glass of bubbles,
followed by a white and red wine pairing for the main dishes and a delightful dessert wine to end the night.
