I’m proud to announce my first ever photo show: “The Shape of Things.” I will be the guest artist at Vagabond Studio and Gallery beginning with the First Friday Art Hop on February 7th from 5-9.
Then at 9:00 I will take the Vagabond stage with Steve Phelps ‘n Pals for a night of original music and cover tunes with a stellar lineup of great Dayton players: Trey Stone, Casey Ott, Dave Woehrle, Josh Johnson, Spencer Morelock, Emma Woodruff, Scot Givens, Red Baumgardner, Matt Byanski plus a few surprises.
Vagabond Studio and Gallery is a Hunter family owned venture specializing in Travel & Art Photography and Found Object Sculpture. Our mission is to create a warm, comfortable gathering space to dream, create, collaborate, and connect. The year 2020, the consistent love and practice of photography and sculpture, and the courage to take the leap, has brought us back to Dayton’s amazing art hub that is Front Street. Like many, our dream is to pay the bills doing what we love in an inspiring space. Surrounding ourselves with talented Front Street creatives, sharing our story and connecting with Dayton through art.
Front Street is proud to be the largest community of artists, artisans, and small business owners in Dayton, Ohio since 1965. Our complex has seen decades of creative energy including musicians, skateboarders, visual artists and more!
Today, visitors can come to Front Street seven days a week and experience the behind the scenes work of nearly 150 talented artists and artisans. Tour workshops and studios belonging to woodworkers, painters, sculptors, textile artists, blown and fused glass artists and more. Buy art, handmade gifts, and more directly from the artist, galleries, boutiques, and gift shops!
Whether you’re looking for artwork or vintage ware, furniture or tropical fish, a cafe, a hair salon, or the Dirty Gym, you can find it at Front Street!
