Story Slam Dayton: Food For the Soul

This open mic event hosts some of Dayton’s best tellers. Storytellers are encouraged to prepare a 5-minute story relating to the theme.
Tellers put their names in a hat, and 10 are drawn at random!
Bring a story, and bring a friend.
The best story of the night wins $50, 4 free tickets to a future slam, and a guaranteed spot in June’s Grand Slam.
Our theme for Feb is “Food for the Soul.”
The bar will be open, and there is a two-drink minimum. Tickets are $5.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door ( if available).
For this show we have a special benefactor who is providing a catered meal at 5:30 pm before the show. Limited tickets are available for this.
Advance ticket sales end at 3 pm the day of the event, and tickets are $10 at the door, if available.
