The Lost Elder Oak of Winter Solstice

MENU:

1. Midnight Garden mock/cocktail: Blackberry with sage infused agave
2. Dusky Depths: Beet tartare on endive with balsamic, red wine, lemon and mustard, topped with apricot and carrot “egg yolk,” capers, toasted pine nuts, and dragonfruit powder
3. Bridge Over Water: White bean and cauliflower soup with blue spirulina, served with a pretzel crostini, pea puree, spinach moss, microgreens and mini mushrooms
4. Blackened Blossom: Blackened banana blossom “fish” over lemon parsley couscous with turmeric coral tuile, mango caviar and charcoal-pineapple caviar, and smoky ‘aqua’ foam. Served with red wine (NA option). 
5. Forest Floor: Asparagus terrine with brown butter king oyster mushroom and enoki mushroom blossom, with red pepper Thai chili gel, miso tahini sauce, and sage chips
6. Fallen Pinecone: Pinecone truffle with snow dust, alongside pandan moss cake and pistachio mousse. Served with Matcha Pisco with lavender and Fee Foam (NA/non-caffeine option TBD).

• The Hearth-Witch: One who infuses loaves with enchantments, kneading sun-fire and dried herbs into every crust.
• The Animal Whisperer: Bound by spirit to the furred and feathered, they act as the bridge between the human world and the wild heart.
• The Winter Nomad: A solitary soul who follows the migration of the stars and finds warmth in the heart of a blizzard
