With over 40 years of experience in the wine industry, Brent has traveled to Napa and Burgundy more than 100 times, sharing his passion and expertise while selling over a million bottles of wine. His knowledge ensures each wine is perfectly paired to highlight the flavors of the evening.
Joining us is our new Executive Chef, Keith Taylor, a master of French cuisine and the former Executive Sous Chef at Dayton’s most celebrated restaurant, L’Auberge. Chef Taylor brings his refined culinary talent to Table 33, crafting two exceptional small bites to pair seamlessly with Brent’s handpicked wines.
