Journey through the sun-drenched coasts and ancient vineyards of the Mediterranean with Chef Margot’s four-course Southern European menu & perfect pairings from Wine Trends!
Your Tour Guide:
We will start in Spain with Gambas al ajillo and grilled bread paired with Oro de Castilla Verdejo
Then we head over to the Provence region of France to enjoy Pissaladière, a traditional flatbread dish, with a glass of Clarendelle by Haut de Brion Provence Rosé.
Next it’s off to Portugal for Bacalhau à Brás, a dish of salted Cod with eggs and potatoes, alongside Nortico Alvarinho.
Finally, we end our night in Italy with classic cannoli and Donnafugata La Bella Sedàra
