Chef Roberto of Mamma DiSalvo’s has put together a five-course wine dinner for Tuesday, March 22nd at 6:30pm, reminiscent of an Easter super from the old school. This family owned restaurant, located at 1375 E. Stroop Road in Kettering, has been serving up family recipes for 37 years. Everything is cooked from scratch using fresh meats and imported cheese, pasta and olive oil.
The menu includes:
Appetizer– salami and cheese plate
Salad – fresh mozzarella and Insalsta
Pasta- pappardelle con bolognese sauce
Main – roasted lamb with potatoes and grilled vegetables
Dessert-homemade tripled layer chocolate cake
Finished with Chef Roberto’s homemade lemoncello
