RG Properties today announced that Cinépolis USA, a leading world-class exhibitor, will open a 12-screen, 1,560-seat sophisticated cinema with enhanced theater offerings in Austin Landing, a 142-acre development located off of the I-75 at the Austin Boulevard exit in Dayton, Ohio.

Cinépolis Dayton marks Cinépolis USA’s debut into Ohio. The exhibitor’s sophisticated movie theater concept, set to debut in fall 2016, will consist of a 52,750-square-foot cinema featuring Cinépolis’ sophisticated and approachable décor, with a lounge-style lobby that will encourage guests to relax and socialize before the movie begins. With its cutting-edge sound and projection technology, comfortable seats, spacious auditoriums, elegant lobby space, gourmet snacks and a full bar, Cinépolis Dayton will provide an exciting new movie-going experience for area residents.
