We are thrilled to invite all our friends and supporters to the Second Annual Fundraising Banquet hosted by Pheasants Forever of Greater Dayton at Star City Brewing Company! This year’s event promises an evening filled with excitement, delicious food, and fantastic prizes, all in support of wildlife conservation.
Event Highlights:
- Raffles and Games: Participate in raffles and games with amazing prizes, including guns, dog gear, and more.
- New Caterer: Enjoy a delectable dinner catered by Miamisburg’s own Bullwinkle’s Top Hat Bistro.
- Dinner Menu:
- Appetizers: A tray with fruit, veggies, cheese, and crackers.
- Salad and rolls for each guest.
- Buffet-style dinner featuring marinated grilled chicken and roasted pork loin.
- Sides: Garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and herb-roasted veggies.
- Craft Drinks: A wide selection of craft beer, mead, seltzer, wine, and cider crafted by Star City Brewing Company. Complimentary water, soda, and sweet tea will also be available.
- Drink Tickets: Included with raffle ticket bundles, each worth up to $10. The first 50 bundles sold come in a PF-branded pint glass!
Schedule:
- 5:00 PM: Banquet doors open; raffles, games, and auctions begin.
- 6:30 PM: Dinner served by Bullwinkle’s Top Hat Bistro.
- 8:15 PM: Raffles, games, and auctions close.
- 8:30 PM: Winners announced.
- 9:00 PM: Event concludes.
Additional Information:
- Membership Discount: Current members will have the $35 membership fee deducted from their ticket price unless they are up for renewal.
- Fundraising Support: Admission prices are set to cover the costs of memberships, food, and facilities. Your participation in raffles and games is greatly appreciated and crucial to our fundraising efforts.
