Chef Matt DeAngulo, who was once the head Chef at Citilites at the Schuster Center and is now serving meals to those in need via his Miami Valley Meals nonprofit, will be teaching a series of cooking classes at the Gem City Market.

Each class features a short lecture followed by an interactive session. The class will focus on the basic techniques anyone can use to build flavor in their home-cooked meals and make them taste better!
Classes will be taught in the Gem City Market’s Teaching Kitchen, which is just inside the Gem City Market entrance at 324 Salem Ave, Dayton, OH 45406. Parking is available in the lot behind the market. Please note MASKS ARE REQUIRED inside the Teaching Kitchen.All class sessions are FREE and open to the public, with pre-registration online suggested.
The 90 minute classes are offered on July 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 2pm.
