Join The Old Arcana for a winter COOKING CLASS! Classes have been designed to teach students how to prepare familiar flavors with elevated techniques. Each class features recipes that utilize seasonal ingredients as well as elements procured from local farms. Classes include a blend of demonstrations from the Old Arcana kitchen team as well as hands-on lessons that attendees will prepare themselves.

Their first class for the winter season is :
AUTUMN SQUASH & APPLES TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10 at 6PM
This class is a celebration of two Autumn favorites: Squash and apples! We’ll learn how to make a perfectly creamy butternut squash soup, assemble a spectacular stuffed acorn squash, and then everyone will assemble their very own apple tart in puff pastry to take home! We’ll eat what we prepare during the evening.
YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO MAKE:
– Curried Butternut Apple Soup
– Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash with Maple, Apples, Parmesan and Pine Nuts
– Apple Tart in Puff Pastry
