Join the chefs at Grist Provisions to learn about rich egg pasta dough and a variety of filled pasta shapes including ravioli, agnolotti del plin, tortellini, and casoncelli, to name a few!

After an hour and a half of hands-on preparation, students will sit down for a four-course meal.
