Not even a year old yet, Ralph’s Mystery Food Truck debuted last June. Owners Justin and Chet met on an online dating site, started a relationship and planned on taking over a family business.  But things changed during COVID and with both having food backgrounds, Justin with Red Lobster, Bob Evans and Max & Erma’s, and Chet managed a funnel cake trailer for Triple Treat Shows so they decided a food truck would give them the flexibility they wanted.

Korean Corn Dog

Korean Corn Dog- 1/2 corn dog, 1/2 fried cheese with yeast batter and panko bread crumbs and french fries.

They say their most popular sellers really depends on the location but the traditional favorites are always popular. (Funnel Cakes, Fried Oreos, Hand Made and Dipped Corn Dogs, and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade).

The Korean Corn Dogs did well in several areas especially once they were seen and tried. Our Banana Pudding, S’mores, and Oreo Funnel Cakes are definitely  crowd pleasers as well as our  Strawberry Lemonade.

Here’s a sample menu for them, but they emphasize that the “mystery” in their name refers to their constantly changing menus and what they are going to serve at each stop.

Lisa Grigsby is a Special Events Director with over thirty years experience in promotions, event coordination and public relations.

Owning Jokers Comedy Cafe for 20 years taught Lisa to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. She credits Leadership Dayton for exposing her to the amazing assets of the region and Clothes That Work for being her reason she stayed in Dayton. Her proudest accomplishment as a past president of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association was creating Restaurant Week, a twice a year tradition that continues to grow and benefit local charities as well. As a foodie, it's only natural that she continues to promote local restaurateurs with DaytonDining.

As a Dayton Catalyst, her desire to have ONE community calendar and advocate for the amazing assets of the region helped create the vision for the relaunch of DaytonMostMetro, now Dayton 937.com
