Lily’s Bistro will celebrate their third annual Oyster Fest from Tuesday, January 14th until Saturday, January 18th from 5:00pm until 9:00pm each night. The event will feature a variety of oyster preparations as well as champagne and sparkling wine specials.

“This is one of the restaurant’s most popular yearly traditions, as having fresh oysters in the midst of wintry weather is a treat for the senses,” said Lily’s Bistro Owner Emily Mendenhall. “Oyster Fest is the equivalent of a beach vacation for your tastebuds!”
Lily’s will feature a special dinner menu Tuesday through Saturday focusing on the variety of their oyster preparations. This includes two varieties of $2 oysters on the half shell, as there will be both Assorted East Coast and West Coast Kumamoto oysters available. There will also be oyster soup and appetizers such as fried oysters with Louisiana remoulade. Entree options include oyster scampi and the fried oyster po’ boy. Oysters will be fresh, and supplies will be limited.
“We’ll have plenty of options suitable for both serious oyster fans and those who come out to try something new,” Mendenhall said. “You really can’t go wrong with mollusks this fresh prepared by the experts in our kitchen.”
