Miguel’s Poké Island Opens in Yellow Springs

Miguel’s Taco Truck has been in a familiar fixture around Yellow Springs for the last few years. It debuted at the 2016 Street Fair and is often parked by the Yellow Springs Brewery or in Kings Yards. When you see that truck you can count on getting some freshly made taco’s or nacho’s. Miguel Espinosa prides himself on using nothing from a can and hand making his sauces daily.

In November of 202o r Miguel’s Tacos moved to 101 Corry St in Yellow Springs inside of Trail Town Brewing. And now as of July 14th, Miguel will be opening Miguel’s Poké Island, a vibrant poké shop located in Yellow Springs, serving poké bowls, sushi burritos, açaí bowls, smoothies and boba teas at the former Greene Canteen location.
