French Country Omelet – two egg omelet with Roasted Grape Tomatoes, Garlic, Red Onion, Spinach, and Gouda Cheese. Served with Power Greens dressed with a light Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette, a petite portion of Hash Browns, and a Croissant.
