The Foundry will also serve bourbon-inspired light bites, plates and sweets such as Bourbon Glazed Meatball Skewers, Bourbon Braised Pork Rib, Bourbon Chocolate Truffle and more. The Buffalo Party will take place Wednesday, September 27 and Thursday, September 28 during The Foundry’s normal weekday operating hours of 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. No tickets necessary.
