Buckle up, BBQ fans! The 74th Poultry Days Festival is about to break records and fire up some serious chicken. From June 13-15, the village of Versailles is going all-in to become the official World’s Largest Chicken Barbecue—and YOU can be a part of this cluckin good time!

Started in 1952 to honor Versailles’ poultry roots, this legendary festival has never missed a beat—not even during the 2020 pandemic. With 1.2 million dinners served over the decades and a goal of 40,000 more in 2025, this year is bound to be finger-lickin’ historic.
