Tornado Relief Volunteers Needed

Harrison Township Fire Station #94 is still actively seeking volunteers to work at 2400 Turner sorting and handing out supplies this coming Tuesday through Sunday.

Shifts are 2 hours each from 10-6 Monday through Saturday and 12-6 Sunday. Children are welcome with a guardian.

Please TEXT Amanda at the volunteer line 1-309-370-8741 with your name, number of people in your group and availability.

If you are willing and able to move debris also text with your name, group number and equipment if any you are planning to bring. They will dispatch you to properties in need based on the best match of your group to their needs.

Living City Project

Volunteers still needed for storm cleanup.
Meeting at Trotwood Madison High School starting this Wednesday 6/12 – Saturday 6/15, 9am to 4pm, please wear hard sole shoes, BRING A RAKE and gloves if you have them.

A huge thank you to every single person who has or continues to donate time, supplies, prayers and support in any way to any member of the surrounding communities that are facing hardship in this difficult time.

Shana Lloyd (once Douglas) returns to Dayton Most Metro, only this time she’s writing about a different type of adventure. Once a single girl in the city sharing her never ending stream of consciousness about dating and musings from the life of a thirty something returns to Dayton after a journey of love and long path of self-discovery.
