The three-day Bunbury Music Festival held in downtown Cincinnati at Sawyer Point and Yeatman’s Cove June 2-4 has just announced the lineup for 2017.

Looking to attract more millenials Bunbury’s sixth year includes more rap, hip hop and EDM acts.  Headliners this year include Muse, Wiz Khalifa, G-Eazy, Bassnectar and Pretty Lights.

Wiz Khalifa

Also set to preform are : The 1975, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Death Cab for Cutie, The Shins, AFI, Jon Bellion, D.R.A.M., Flogging Molly, MUTEMATH, Tech N9ne, Watsky, Mike Stud, Moon Taxi, Reverend Horton Heat, NF, Hayley Kiyoko, Kevin Garrett, Protoje, Eden, Cobi, Arkells, Civil Twilight, CVBZ, San Fermin, July Talk, VHS Collection, Dreamers, Frenship, Charlie Hirsch, White Reaper, CAAMP, Time Cat, The Upset Victory, Liberty Deep Down, Flying Underground and Current Events.

Pretty Lights

Gone this year is the expensive cash-free system that was introduced last year, as fans feedback really bashed the concept.  This festival drew about 43,000 last year, down from the 2016 crowd of 54,000.  Capacity for the event is 60,000

Three-day general admission tickets for the festival are $179, while three-day VIP passes are $399. Both are on sale on Ticketmaster’s website now.

Lisa Grigsby is a Special Events Director with over thirty years experience in promotions, event coordination and public relations.

Owning Jokers Comedy Cafe for 20 years taught Lisa to maintain a sense of humor under pressure. She credits Leadership Dayton for exposing her to the amazing assets of the region and Clothes That Work for being her reason she stayed in Dayton. Her proudest accomplishment as a past president of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association was creating Restaurant Week, a twice a year tradition that continues to grow and benefit local charities as well. As a foodie, it's only natural that she continues to promote local restaurateurs with DaytonDining.

As a Dayton Catalyst, her desire to have ONE community calendar and advocate for the amazing assets of the region helped create the vision for the relaunch of DaytonMostMetro, now Dayton 937.com
