Whether you’re heading out to a special dinner with your partner, your bestie, your mom, or your crew – make it a special one by going to a restaurant that’s going the extra mile on February 14. Since the holiday falls on Sunday, many of these spots are even spreading the love and giving diners the chance to celebrate earlier in the week as well. Cream of celery root soup garnished with parsley pistou, pickled onion, creme fraiche, lardon, lemon dressed micro radish and toasted ciabatta crumbs (GF optional)

Seared jumbo scallop, red miso-blood orange brown butter, leek confit, Ed Hill’s local Red grits, cashew crunch (GF)

2nd Course

Herb marinated beef tenderloin, burnt lettuce, aerated Maytag blue cheese, roasted shallot, confit potato, Cabernet-bacon vinaigrette (GF)
