Men At Work Fundraiser Is All Virtual

Clothes That Work is holding its eighth annual Men At Work Fundraiser, helping to fund the mission of preparing individuals for employment success. The virtual event d ends May 19 during a Facebook Live event hosted by Alexis Larsen.   

Twenty-two dedicated Role Models will compete for The Ambassador of the Year Award by fundraising, campaigning for votes and raising awareness for Clothes That Work. The Role Models are Michael Berning, Jon Blunt, Matthew Coatney, Joe Downing, Nick Eddy, Ryan Fay, Lineal Gaulding, Garrett Haggem, Aaron Jobson, Shane Juhl, Vince Lowe, Brandon McClain, Michael Newsome, Kunal Patel, Alex Smith, Damon Smith, Kirk Stager, Marc Sternberg DDS, Mark Swope, Rodney Veal, Chris Walsh, and Tim Wilson. 

There are opportunities to bid and purchase upscale, resale clothing items from brands like Lily Pulitzer, St John, designer purses from Oscar de la Renta, Brighton and Michael Kors, jewelry, bourbon and gift baskets throughout the campaign from The Clothes That Work online Boutique. Clothes That Work launched the first Men at Work fundraiser eight years ago with a simple goal in mind: to engage the community and local businessmen in the mission and vision of Clothes that Work. For years, the organization mostly served women, but today, men make up more than 58 percent of Clothes That Work clients. Collectively, Men at Work has generated more than $200,000. support the organization’s programs and services.
