Personally, my family and I’ve eaten there many times, and I think the restaurant will be a great addition to the community here at Austin Landing.”
BJ’s will have an 8,300 square foot standalone restaurant at Austin Landing. Construction is projected to begin on March 25. The restaurant will be complete and ready to open by Fall 2013. The free-standing building will be located at the entrance to Austin Landing from Austin Boulevard.
“BJ’s offers the type of unique and exciting experience we hope to make available to the community when they visit Austin Landing,” Gunlock said. “We are confident the restaurant will receive a warm reception from the growing Austin Landing community.”
BJ’s Restaurants owns and operates 130 casual dining restaurants throughout the United States, including three in Ohio. BJ’s menu is known for its award-winning, signature deep-dish pizza, as well as generously portioned salads, appetizers, sandwiches, soups, pastas, entrees and desserts.
Last year, Austin Landing announced the commitments of Rue Dumaine, Alligator Annie’s and The Dublin Pub—the first restaurants to be announced at the development. Regal Cinemas also has committed to a 14-screen Regal RPX cinema, the first of its kind in Ohio, at Austin Landing.
