Our local restaurants have been struggling during the pandemic and as many of you may have read, traditional meal delivery services like Door Dash and Uber Eats charge these businesses up to 30% of the order in handling and delivery fees.
So Co-Op Dayton, Flyer Consulting and local downtown eateries have banded together to launch a delivery service co-op that will be owned by the restaurants as well as the employees that will deliver the meals.
Starting small, the delivery zone for 937 Delivers is currently within five miles of downtown and here’s the line up of the restaurants that are participating:
The Dublin Pub, Lily’s Dayton, The Pizza Bandit, Butter Cafe, Franco’s Ristorante Italiano, Trolley Stop, Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Ghostlight Coffee, Fantasma taco, Phebe’s Cafe’, Oregon Express Bar and Restaurant, Smokin Barbecue
To order head to their website, then pick a restaurant, check out their menu and place your order online.
Delivery hours will be:
Mon – Thurs: 11am – 9pm
Friday: 11am -10pm
Saturday: 10am – 10pm
Sunday: 10am – 9pm
