Chef Ann Shen and her husband Allan Li, the owners of Ozu852 in Englewood will open a second restaurant on Friday, November 15th. A ribbon cutting is scheduled for Friday at 3pm, followed by the opening at 5pm. Li explains they are opening Ninja Ramen because ” we want our customers to experience a different type of cuisine. “I noticed they always travel so far away to get Ramen,” she said. The new eatery is located at 375 W. National Road in the spot that was formerly China Palace.

Ninja Ramen will feature six different ramen dishes, each of which can be personalized by adding from a selection of 14 toppings for your bowl.
