Santa Clara Juicery to Close

January 4, 2020 By Lisa Grigsby

Husband and wife owners Elizabeth and Dave Furst of the Santa Clara Juicery just posted this message announcing the closing of the juice bar  business they opened in June of 2018 at 1912 N. Main Street.

“Daytonians, we are sad to announce that the store front for the juice bar will be closing as of this Monday January 6. We have loved serving this community and the gem city!• Don’t worry, We will still be making that good juice and expanding in new ways with plant milks!

You can book juice orders and more online after Monday for delivery or message us for pick up time. We will also be at 2nd st market on Saturdays! • Although sad, this move is important for bringing balance in our family and to bring more focus on the things we do best- making & delivering the best, pressed, organic juice in the gem city! Stay tuned and keep booking your juice!”

Santa Clara Juicery Now Open

June 20, 2018 By Lisa Grigsby

Fresh, raw, pressed juice served and delivered to the Gem City!  More than just juice, the Santa Clara Juicery is investing in their neighborhood. Located at 1912 N. Main Street, they opened their doors this past weekend.

Husband and wife owners Elizabeth and Dave Furst are hoping to revitalize the Santa Clara neighborhood using their business as a catalyst. Elizabeth grew up in the neighborhood, often helping her parents with their business, Evans Electric, after school.

Their mission is to provide fresh, pressed juice to the people of Dayton and work with local non-profits to give back to the under-served community of the Santa Clara District through each juice purchase.

Gem City Glow and Droppin Beets

Once known as a thriving art district, The Santa Clara community experienced a tragic decline in recent years.  In partnership with E2 Urban Redevelopment and the Santa Clara Foundation, the Santa Clara Juicery endeavors to be a key source to revitalizing the neighborhood to create a haven for the next generation of artists, dreamers, innovators and entrepreneurs. They will also partner with local organizations to provide education opportunities on healthy eating to the local community.

You can visit the Juicery Monday – Saturday from 7am – 3pm.  Parking available at One More Soul building at the corner of Ridge and N. Main Street.
