Owners Steve & Sherri Zelen purchased the old Green Lantern Bar on Old Troy Pike in Riverside last October. Then they started working hard to transform the building to match their vision for what would become Old Dayton Pizza at Riverside Hideaway. As they describe it, it’s a “Fun time sports bar …where locally sourced shenanigans pair with pizza.” Their signature pizza features a Roman Style pizza crust.
Steve’s famous Roman Style pizza dough goes through a bulk fermentation process for 24 to 48 hours. “Just the right amount of crunch to chew”, as he describes it.
There is also a full bar with 12 taps of ice cold beer!
