The Silos, the new food hall and beer garden being built at 800 East First St., has just announced their third tenant: The Burger Bistro by Cece’s Kitchen. She’ll be joining Kung Fu BBQ and Chef Dane’s Nood Bar when the food hall opens next month.
Chef Centruela “Cece” Collier reveals The Burger Bistro will be serving traditional burgers and sandwiches with great attention to quality ingredients, house-made sauces and toppings, and consistent execution.
Her food is incredible and she’s versatile in her creations. She’s passionate about the food that she creates – and she’s driven to deliver exceptional food and customer service.
The Burger Bistro will offer a traditional American burger along with a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, glazed salmon filet sandwich, black bean burger, sliders, wings, fried mac & cheese balls and of course fries – cheese fries with a house-made cheese sauce that’s sooooo tasty!
