Northmont Food Hub – 4 Eateries Under One Roof

April 12, 2024 By Lisa Grigsby

At 2pm today the ribbon cutting for the new Northmont Food Hub will open the doors to a share space featuring Chef Zay’s Culinary Collective at 322 Union Blvd in Englewood.
Featuring four food businesses under one roof every concept within the collective tells a story”—a story of innovation, taking risks, and, most importantly, satisfying our community’s cravings, shares Chef Zay.
The journey started about just over a year ago when Isiah Davis, owner of The Cookieologist, partnered with Kali Muhammad II, owner of Slide Thru, opened a mobile kitchen.  The concepts offered online ordering, with an alert sent by text when your food would be ready for pickup. You can also scan a QR code and order at the food hub, but there is very limited seating, the concept is geared for to-go food.
The Miami Valley feel in love with the cookies Davis debuted in ghost kitchens in Dayton and Kettering.  The cookies began appearing at local grocery stores. The Notorious C.H.I.P., Dab o Butter, Love Below and Busta Nut became quick favorites and for many the addiction to these amazing cookies continues.
Kali’s gourmet sliders and fluffy beignets have made Slide Thru a big success.  Whether you order the cheeseburger, chicken bacon, ranch, thePhilly cheese slider or the truffle burger slider you can’t go wrong.  Add the garlic truffle parmesan fries to your order or tater tots or the  candied turkey bacon and you’ll make your mouth happy!

Whether you crave the bold intensity of dry rub or the saucy embrace of a wet dip, the choice is yours at WINGDALORIAN .  From classic to exotic, the diverse selection ensures there’s something to satisfy every palate. They offer brined roasted wings. Dry rubbed or wet. There are 40 options to choose: Honey Garlic, Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ, Jamaican Jerk just to name a few. Complete your meal with Brussel sprouts, carmelized carrots or wedge fries.

My Kinda Pies  Focaccia Dough pressed into a Detroit style pan and topped with our in house made sauces and your favorite toppings.

Adjacent to the Food Hub is JD’s Frozen Custard and Full Circle Brewgarden is right next door.
