The Oregon District’s hottest new eatery launches lunch to go today. It’s a clever way to extend Corner Kitchen’s audience, without having to deal with service, scheduling and other challenges of lunch at a fine dining restaurant. Lunch will be available Tuesday through Saturday from 11am – 2pm.
Glancing at the menu, there are a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and sides items to choose from in a very affordable $6-8.50 price range. Beverages including soda’s, tea and Elderflower Tonic are also available. According to their website, they’ll even deliver box lunches to businesses and organizations downtown and nearby, though there is no mention of cost for delivery.
While the entrance to the restaurant is on the corner of Fith and Wayne, lunch boxes will be served out of a side entry on Wayne Avenue, next to Sew Dayton. Looking forward to picking up lunch soon! Here’s a look at the menu, an art piece of its own, created by Marysa Justine.
