Star City Brewing, located at 319 South 2nd Street in Miamisburg is partnering with their neighbors at Watermark for Wine & Grilled Cheese: A Miamisburg Pairing!
On Friday, April 27 from 6:30-8:30pm Chef Maria will bring her skills and taste to this very special pairing event.
The menu includes four Peerless Mill Wines made at the brewery, each thoughtfully paired with Watermark’s gourmet grilled cheeses. The menu includes…
- Sliced pear and dijon with gouda
- Foie gras spread made with bacon, red wine and sun dried tomato with munster cheese
- Marinated sliced tomatoes and fresh basil with mozzarella cheese
- Red wine braised short ribs and caramelized onions with swiss cheese
Owners of both business will be there to talk about their products and socialize.
Tickets are $36 at the brewery, restaurant or online with a nominal fee.
