Laissez les Bon Temps Rouler!Covid-19 shut down Mardi Gras parades & celebrations in New Orleans – but the city didn’t want to give up the traditional celebration, so the city created Yardi Gras & House Floats!
NOLA’s KREWE OF HOUSE FLOATS encouraged everyone to create house floats – and so THE FREAKSHOW KREWE found a house in Dayton, Ohio to have one!
You’re encouraged to drive by the house at 1326 Ruskin Rd in Dayton and enjoy the view and and find a little bit of New Orleans culture for Mardi Gras.
THE FREAKSHOW KREWE’s House Float – themed “Better Days Ahead” – will be fully lit for the final weekend of Carnival, and into Lundi Gras & Mardi Gras! We will also be playing parade & celebration music!!
There are FREE BEADS for all revelers hanging on the fence (help yourself). Drive by or walk up and enjoy. Take pictures, shoot video – and please remain masked & keep social distancing.
