Sign up for this 2 1/2 hour class and Chef Matt Boosalis and Mindy will teach you how to make your dough. Once the dough rises, you’ll learn how to shape and score your loaves. Once the bread is in the oven, you’ll be feed a light dinner, soup, salad, sandwiches and of course a delightful dessert from the bakery. You’ll leave with 2 hot loaves, fresh from the oven.
