A New Version of the Maui Mama Melt returns to Chicken Salad Chick

Chicken Salad Chick is bringing back its beloved Maui Mama in an entirely new way. Available June 1 through August 29, the all-new Maui Mama Melt brings an indulgent twist to the tropical flavor and a satisfying new way to enjoy the seasonal favorite.

First introduced in summer 2025, Maui Mama quickly became a guest favorite, blending pineapple, bacon, and jalapeño for a sweet and spicy flavor. New this year, Chicken Salad Chick is turning up the heat with the Maui Mama Melt. Served on a toasted croissant, this savory sandwich layers the signature Maui Mama chicken salad with melty cheddar cheese and crispy bacon strips, creating a complex, flavor-packed experience.

“After such an incredible response to Maui Mama last year, we knew we had to bring the flavor back for our guests,” said Scott Deviney, CEO and president, Chicken Salad Chick. “Introducing the Maui Mama Melt allows us to build on that excitement, combining our already popular flavor with melted cheddar and bacon strips. It’s a completely new flavor profile that’s the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory.”

To make the summer even sweeter, Chicken Salad Chick is offering exclusive rewards alongside the Maui Mama Melt. Rewards members can earn double points on select Double Points Days throughout the year, including several dates during the Maui Mama Melt limited-time offering: June 10, July 7, and August 11. To start earning, guests can enroll in the Chicken Salad Chick rewards program by downloading the app and signing up. Rewards members will receive a free meal on their birthday and can redeem their points for free food and special discounts year-round.

The Return of Greek Goddess Kicks Off New Year at Chicken Salad Chick

Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, is welcoming back its popular Greek Goddess chicken salad for a limited time. Available January 5 through February 28, Greek Goddess delivers bright Mediterranean-inspired ingredients while giving guests a fresh and flavorful way to start the new year.

First introduced in summer 2024, Greek Goddess quickly earned fan-favorite status for its bold yet refreshing profile. Inspired by the rustic flavors of the Mediterranean, this limited-time offering is made with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and a zesty blend of Greek-style herbs, bringing vibrant flavor to Chicken Salad Chick’s seasonal menu. Guests can enjoy the Greek Goddess as a scoop, sandwich, or to-go as a Quick Chick.

Chicken Salad Chick’s Annual Cookies for a CURE

Chicken Salad Chick announced the return of its Cookies for a CURE promotion this September in partnership with CURE Childhood Cancer, an Atlanta-based nonprofit dedicated to funding life-changing pediatric cancer research and supporting children and families nationwide. Following significant franchise growth across the U.S. since last year’s campaign, Chicken Salad Chick anticipates this year’s Cookies for a CURE promotion will generate the largest single-year donation in the campaign’s history.

Since 2017, the Chicken Salad Chick Foundation has donated more than $2 million to pediatric cancer research and fighting food insecurity in local communities. At the 2025 Chicken Salad Chick franchisee conference, the brand presented CURE Childhood Cancer with a $330,000 check, which included funds raised through its annual Giving Card program and the Cookies for a CURE promotion.

“Cookies for a CURE is one of the most meaningful initiatives we do, and the incredible support from our guests has inspired us to raise the bar,” said Scott Deviney, President and CEO of Chicken Salad Chick. “With currently more than 310 restaurants in our network, we hope to make an even greater difference for the children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Our partnership with CURE remains a cornerstone of our mission to serve communities in the moments they need it most.”

The Lemon Burst Buttercream Cookie, a sweet tribute to the gold ribbon that symbolizes childhood cancer awareness, is topped with a natural lemon zest buttercream frosting. Proceeds from September cookie sales will go directly to CURE Childhood Cancer to fund vital research and patient support.

Southern Chicken Salad Eatery Sets Centerville Opening Date

Chicken Salad Chick will open the first Dayton eatery on Wed, December 18th.  Hours will be 10 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday. The first 100 guests will  receive free chicken salad for a year. Chicken Salad Chick will be located in the Shoppes at Cornerstone IV.

An early arrival is highly recommended for guests seeking to be counted as one of the first 100. Each guest will be assigned a number corresponding to their place in line when they arrive by a member of the Chicken Salad Chick team beginning at 8 a.m.
The first 100 guests must remain in line until the restaurant opens and download the Chicken Salad Chick app. Wi-Fi will not be available on site.
Once the restaurant opens, guests will make a purchase of “The Chick” or anything of greater value and enter a code in the Chicken Salad Chick app to officially secure your spot.

Many Miami Valley residents have gotten to know this  fast-casual chicken salad restaurant through their pop-up events, hosted at Goldies Soft Serve in Centerville.

“We’ve seen strong community support and enthusiastic adoption of our brand in Ohio, and we’re excited to continue our expansion in the state,” said marketing manager Hannah Verdun. “We believe Dayton’s vibrant community will enjoy our wide variety of delicious chicken salad options, and we look forward to becoming a part of this growing area.”

Chicken Salad Chick has more than a dozen flavors of chicken salad made fresh from scratch daily. Customers can get anything from traditional, savory or spicy chicken salad to fruity or nutty chicken salad. Th most popular is the Classic Carol featuring all white meat shredded chicken, finely minced celery, mayonnaise and the brand’s secret seasoning.

The restaurant also has fresh sides, soups, salads and desserts, including a white chocolate layer cake.

You can order any size of our to-go containers of chicken salad and freshly made sides!
