Archer’s-Kettering is hosting a Food Adventure Wine Dinner on April 19th and we are calling it “CORKS and FORKS.”
Today the chefs at Archer’s have confirmed a final menu for the event.

THURSDAY MARCH 29th 6:30pm
ARCHERS KETTERING, 2030 E. Dorothy Ln, Kettering
FIRST COURSE:
BANGING SHRIMP and SPINACH DIP – Made with 3 cheeses
SECOND COURSE:
GRILLED ROMAINE HEART CAESAR SALAD: – Served with shaved Parmesan cheese and grape tomatoes. We may showcase Archer’s “Cardinal” dressing.
THIRD COURSE:
BEEF TENDERLOIN: – Served with a wild mushroom red wine sauce, on a bed of mashed potatoes.
(possible Salmon option for those who do not like steak)
FOURTH COURSE:
APPLE CRUNCH CAKE – Apple Pie topped with brown sugar, yellow cake, and mixed nuts.
(Key Lime pie option for those with nut allergy)
