This exquisite menu starts with a sweet and earthy Carrot Ginger Soup with toasted cashews, coconut-chili cream and green onions.
The main course features Fleming’s signature Filet Mignon with a choice of an over-the-top companion. Options include a Black Garlic Blueberry Reduction with crispy goat cheese, an Alaskan Golden King Crab leg with passion fruit butter, a trio of Garlic Roasted Colossal Shrimp in spicy Worcestershire sauce, or a Crispy Maitake Mushroom with rosemary demi-glace and tarragon aioli.
