The Neighborhood Nest offers a great selection of gluten free breads, biscuits, bagels, cookies, cakes, pastries, and various savory items. This week they are offering DIY Gingerbread House kits for sale.Chef/owner Amber E. Tipton bakes these from scratch in a dedicated gluten free bakery and away from their nut area so safe for nut allergies. You put them together and then decorate them. Amber even has a video you should watch to give you instruction and tips on how to put together.
The $50 Kits include: house pieces, Royal icing (vegan available), dye-free/allergy friendly candy, and a cake pad and sprinkles. Houses are 6” x 8” x 12”
If you’d rather use your own candy order the $35 House only kit includes: house pieces, Royal icing (vegan available), cake pad.
Preorder menu will go up on their website on Tuesday 12/6 and end Sunday 12/11 by 10pm.
