At the Washington-Centerville Public Library Hope Taft, a co-founder of the Watershed Network, is commemorating the 50th anniversary of the National Wild & Scenic Rivers Act, passed by Congress in 1968. The 4th Annual Dayton Surrealist Ball is transforming into Marie-Hélène Rothchild’s Chatteau and recreating her famous Surrealist ball that was originally held December 12, 1972.
