After 21 years organizer Joe Waizmann is taking a different approach to Dayton’s largest and longest running beer festival. This year beers will be arranged by categories, so beer lovers can taste and compare their favorites rather easily.
Categories include Barrel Aged, Belgian, Cask, Cider, Hoppy, Malty, Sour, Quaffable, Fruit, Vegetable & Herb and a special section for Wine and Dayton Brewed beers. The event opens for VIP guests today, Aug 24th at 3pm and for general admission at 4pm and runs through 7pm at the Dayton Convention Center.
Below is the list before being categorized:

I continue to be amazed by the generosity of our town and our ability to open our hearts and wallets to those in need.

We can honor the incredibly brave hero’s who acted selflessly Saturday night to try and save other

But now it’s happened to us. How many of you were checking in with friends and family all day, checking, praying that none of their names would appear on the victim list. Many of us got calls and texts and email from others around the country and even the world, because when they hear Dayton on CNN they think of us?
My second thought- Dayton is strong.

Today I was at the WDTN Studio to promote the Legends for Relief Concert, featuring Dayton’s hometown funk bands- The Ohio Players, Zapp, the Original Lakeside and Steve Arrington. I turn around and there is the Queen of Comedy,
