A New Lunch Buffet

Packys Sports Bar & Grill, located inside the Hope Hotel and Conference Center now offers a buffet option for lunch Monday – Friday from 11am – 1:30pm.  Each day it will feature 2-4 chicken wing variations, soup and salad bar, dessert and a beverage for $15. 

For those not wanting to do the buffet, you can order from the menu, which features:

Appetizers

Fried Brussel Sprouts 11.00
Deep fried Brussel Sprouts tossed in a sage Dijon cream sauce, topped with Shredded NY Cheddar Cheese, and toasted sliced Almonds.
Salt Cod Fritters 10.00
A mixture of salt Cod, Scallions, and Potatoes fried crisp and served with a spicy Aioli and fresh Lemon.
Hot Blueberry Cheddar Dip 11.00
Bubbly mixture of Cheddar Cheese and fresh Blueberries, topped with Balsamic, Fresh Thyme, and Lemon zest. Served with Grilled Baguette.
Avocado Fries 9.00
Breaded and fried Avocado halves and roasted Tomatoes served with a Jalapeno Lime ranch dip.
Breaded Smoked Gouda 9.00
Beer-battered smoked Gouda fried golden brown and served with a stout BBQ sauce.

Romaine and baby Kale mixed with rye Croutons, and Parmesan Cheese tossed in a classic Caesar dressing and topped with sweet Potato Chips. *Add Chicken $5 *Add Salmon $6
Fried Chicken Salad 11.00
Hand-breaded fried Chicken tenders, mixed greens tossed in a Chicory dressing, topped with Bacon, and served with Grape Tomatoes and Deviled Eggs.

Mixed greens and Romaine Lettuce with Vegetable garnish and choice of dressing

Jalapeno Popper Burger $12.00
Our ground Steak patty is filled with Cream Cheese and Jalapenos, wrapped in Bacon, and topped with melted Cheddar Cheese. Served on a Brioche bun with Lettuce.
Chorizo Burger $12.00
Ground Beef and Chorizo Sausage patty topped with smoked Gouda, Roasted Tomatoes, and Caramelized Onions on a Brioche bun with Lettuce and Chipotle Aioli.
Packy’s Burger $12.00
Our Beef and Steak blended patty on a Brioche Bun with American Cheese, House Pickles, Fresh Tomato, Red Onion, and Lettuce
Turkey Burger $12.00
Grilled seasoned ground Turkey patty topped with Turkey Bacon, Provolone Cheese, Sweet Red Onion confit, and Lettuce on a Brioche bun.
Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese $7.00
A mixture of Provolone, Cheddar, and Swiss on Sourdough bread, buttered and golden brown.
Spinach and Artichoke Melt $9.00
A warm and gooey mixture of cream, Spinach, and Artichokes on Sourdough bread.
Cobb Salad Sandwich $12.00
Stacked with Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Blue Cheese, Tomatoes, Avocado, Cucumber, and a Green Goddess Aioli on Sourdough bread. Served in a deviled egg.
Boursin Steak Sandwich $14.00
Grilled Ribeye, seasoned and sliced on an old-world Hoagie bun, topped with Boursin Cheese and traditional Aioli, thin slices of Leeks and Red Bell peppers, and Lettuce.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich $12.00

Pan-fried Walleye, salt rye Bread pudding, Nutmeg Creamed Spinach, and a Lemon Beurre Blanc.
Steak and Frites $15.00
Roasted Ribeye cap, a fine demi-glace, and seasoned Fry.
Boursin Chicken Pasta $16.00
Boursin cream sauce tossed with Fettuccine and topped with sear Chicken, Bacon, Red Bell Pepper, and fresh Basil.
