The Silos Food Hall & Bar, located at 810 E 1st St., Dayton, OH 45402, is expanding its hours of operation beginning the week of April 27, giving guests more opportunities to enjoy its diverse food vendors and lively, community-driven atmosphere. The update introduces Friday lunch service and extended Sunday hours in response to growing demand.

- Friday – Saturday: 11 AM – Midnight

- Fête (French for “party”) offers vibrant bowls, salads, and sauces alongside standout dishes like enchiladas verdes and chickpea curry. With vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, Fête delivers colorful, nourishing food designed to bring everyone to the table.
- Nood Bar, led by Chef Dane, serves authentic Asian-inspired hot and cold noodles, bao buns, and street snacks. Rooted in grit, creativity, and a hospitality-first mindset, Nood Bar delivers both bold flavors and comforting favorites.
- KungFu BBQ blends global influences with traditional American BBQ techniques. Guest favorites include birria tacos and smoked brisket platters. True to its tagline— Real Food, Real People, Real Memories—the concept emphasizes both quality and connection.
- The Burger Bistro, an exciting concept by Cece’s Kitchen, brings bold flavor to classic comfort food.
