2025 Dunkin’ Valentine’s Menu Returns This Week!

Love has arrived at Dunkin’! The chain, which has 9,748 Dunkin’ Donuts stores in the U.S, has announced the return of its Valentine’s Day-inspired product line, so you can celebrate this special day in a sweet and unique way with your loved ones.

The rest of Dunkin’s donut lineup will be getting a Valentine’s Day makeover, too! Through February 18, all of their filled donuts will be handed off to you in a lovely heart-shaped shell.

And if the returning donuts aren’t enough to fill your Dunkin’ Valentine’s Day menu cravings, the coffee chain is pairing up with New York-based artist and muralist Corey Paige Designs for a super cute merch capsule collection. Launching January 29 at 9am ET, you’ll be able to shop two adorable crewnecks ($45), a hat ($25), socks ($16), and a heart-shaped tote bag ($25)!

Dunkin’ locations across the country brought out their new summer menu items today.

“As summer heats up, we’re excited to introduce these innovative flavors to our guests,” Beth Turenne, the vice president of category management at Dunkin’, shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. “Whether you’re cooling down with S’mores Cold Brew, turning up the heat with our Hot Honey Bacon Sandwich, or fueling up with a $3 Tornado Twist Sparkd’ Energy, we’re delivering the beloved tastes of summer that our customers crave.”

Dunkin’ S’Mores Menu Items:

NEW! S’mores Cold Brew: Cold brew with S’mores syrup, topped with marshmallow cold foam and a sprinkling of graham crumble.
NEW! Bonfire S’mores Frozen Coffee: A frozen coffee treat blended with S’mores syrup, a vanilla flavored shot, mocha drizzle, whipped cream, and graham crumbles on top.
NEW! S’mores Specialty Donut: A donut with marshmallow filling, dipped in chocolate icing, and rolled in graham and chocolate bits.

Dunkin Churo Donuts, Breakfast Empanada Debut Today

Dunkin’ is doubling down on spring with a collection of new seasonal offerings, including never-before-seen menu items, from cinnamon-forward sips and Churro Donuts to Dunkin’s first-ever Breakfast Empanada and Banana Chocolate Chip Bread.

These new items debut today, February 21st at you local Dunkin:

Churro Signature Latte: Available iced or hot, combines smooth espresso with a sweet churro flavor, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee: A blend of Dunkin’s original coffee and cream, studded with notes of churro and vanilla flavors, enjoyed iced or hot.
Churro Donut: Rolled in cinnamon sugar for a sweet, crunchy exterior, this deep-fried cake donut offers a soft, pillowy interior to contrast the rich, cinnamon sweetness on the outside.
Breakfast Empanada: Served hot, Dunkin’s Breakfast Empanada features scrambled eggs, sausage and melty cheddar cheese inside a flaky, butter-rich crust.
Banana Chocolate Chip Bread: Launching just in time for National Banana Bread Day on February 23, Dunkin’ is unveiling its own take on a classic bakery treat with a Banana Chocolate Chip Bread, made with chocolate chips. This rich banana bread is served prepackaged to ensure a tender, moist crumb. Dunkin’ Rewards members can celebrate National Banana Bread Day by trying the new Banana Chocolate Chip Bread and earning an additional 250 bonus points.

Dunkin’ Brings Back Halloween-Themed Donuts And Peanut Butter Cup Macchiato

Here’s a closer look at Dunkin’s limited-time Halloween-themed items:

The fan-favorite Spider Donut features a yeast ring donut frosted with orange icing and topped with a chocolate Munchkins donut hole treat, with chocolate drizzle for the spider legs and white drizzle for the eyes.

The Dunk-o-Lantern Donut features a classic pumpkin-shaped donut shell filled with vanilla-flavored butter crème filling, topped with orange icing, and a classic Jack-o’-lantern grin.

Back for a second year, the Peanut Butter Cup Macchiato features a striking layer of festive orange-hued peanut butter cup swirl that blends into a layer of espresso on top for an extra Halloween-spirited sip.

Additionally, from now through October 31, 2022 Dunkin’ Rewards members can unlock free goodies, including a Breakfast Sandwich, 10-count Munchkins Donut Hole Treats or Bagel Minis with the purchase of any full-priced medium or larger beverage by October 31, 2022. Members can also order ahead on the app on Mondays to earn 100 bonus points.

You may have noticed a significant increase in new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants opening up around the Dayton area over the past few years. Dayton is definitely “runnin’ on Dunkin’.” Most recently there has been a lot of buzz about a new location at 5901 Far Hills Ave. The Food Adventures Crew had the opportunity to get an exclusive tour (and tasting!) of what’s being referred to as the first “Next Generation Dunkin’” in our area! We sent our lovable in-house blogger to tackle the assignment which is near and dear to her heart. Take it away HUNGRY JAX !!

Ok, I hear some of you getting ready to post about chain restaurants vs. local. We live in a delicious city full of locally owned coffee and donut shops that leave us with so many choices for good old fashioned homemade deliciousness. And it’s no secret that I support the donut industry in our area. But the awesome thing about this region is that there is room for all! Some of you may recall that I am a transplant from Upstate NY. We travel back and forth to see family frequently. One thing I love about Dunkin’ is that no matter where you go, you can count on the same products and quality to be offered. Dunkin’ is one of our trusted pit stops when embarking on a family road trip! I like to compare it to Catholic Mass, no matter where you go, you’ll know what to expect!

business with the goal of franchising different gas stations and restaurants. Based in Columbus, the Gilligan Company has grown its’ business from Columbus to Cincinnati employing over 900 people. They uphold a commitment to their employees as well as the communities that they serve. Most recently, the local Dunkins’ franchised by Gilligan raised $5,000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital. Just one of many ways this company has wanted to give back to the community!

Ok, but enough about people and places. Let’s move onto what this new Dunkin’ Donuts experience offers!

HERE’S THE SKINNY ON THE NEXT GENERATION of DUNKIN’ DONUTS:

—Immediately upon entering, you’ll notice that they changed the layout. The donut cases, which used to be behind the counter, are now up front so that you can get and up close and personal inspection of which frosted delight you’ll be taking home! The aesthetics of the building is also more modern, keeping the look fresh and new.

—They have also increased being more energy-efficient. The company has designed these new stores to be 25% more energy-efficient. In addition, they have also switched over to a double-layered paper cup. Now you will have the same cup for both coffee and specialty hot drinks, where as before, there were the old Styrofoam cups and the brown paper cups. This change allows for staff to be more efficient when making drinks (no searching for specific cups or lids) as well as eliminating the need for a sleeve a the cups will keep your liquids hot but your hands comfortable!

—Dunkin’ has also embraced the necessity of smart phones. If you download the Dunkin’ App, you will be able to place mobile orders. A nice feature on this is that you can load your order earlier in the day, and the when ready to pick it up, you can click “prepare my order” and it will be fresh and ready with minutes of your arrival! Yet another bonus for those of us with kids or not wanting to take a long pit stop on a road trip. What’s even better is that you also have the option to either pick up in the store OR in the drive thru! The newer Dunkin’s have a lane specifically for mobile order pick-ups!

—Ok so what changes have there been to the food? Lots! There are always specials running for new products as well as the classic goods. I got to try some of the new sandwiches offered!

Here is a run down of my MUST EATS for DUNKIN DONUTS:

BROWN SUGAR MAPLE CHIPOTLE BACON BREAKFAST CROISSANT:
- Limited time only! This is their classic Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich with a kick to it! The chipotle sauce adds the spice and the brown sugar bacon balances it out with a crispy sweetness! Not up for a change? The original Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant is on special for 2/$5!

DUNKIN DONUTS ENTIRE $2 MENU:
- You can indulge in a Wake Up Wrap! These are egg and cheese tortilla wraps. You can also include bacon, sausage or ham!

Power Breakfast Sandwich

POWER BREAKFAST SANDWICH:
- This is a veggie delight! At just 370 calories, you get a Veggie Egg white scramble, turkey sausage and cheese on a multi-grain bun! A pocket sized Food Adventure.

VARIETY OF DONUTS AND BAGELS:
- There are always the standard classics of the famous donuts – from the Boston Kreme, to the Jelly and Chocolate Glazed Also, who could forget the munchkin donut holes? And if you haven’t tried their bagels, give them a shot toasted with cream cheese (multiple flavors to choose from!).

MUST DRINKS — COFFEE!!!! For Jackie, Dunkin’ is really all about the coffee….

Dunkin Donuts has high expectations for their coffee! With these new stores, your beverage will be treated with TLC from start to finish! For their original, dark and decaf coffee, they are now being brewed in what is called a “Soft heat” process. No longer will you coffee sit on top of a heating element in a glass carafe. The old process would leave coffee tasting burnt. This newer process gently heats the coffee within the thermos. There is also an indicator light letting staff know when it’s time to brew a fresh pot to ensure that you’re always getting a quality cup!

The newest drive thru includes a mobile lane

For those of you that appreciate a specialty coffee drink, you’ll be pleased to see that the beans will be freshly ground and each drink made fresh to your order! Additionally, if you like a chilled beverage, the “Premium Pours” cold beverage station is up and running. Here you can get iced coffee, cold brew, and iced tea all “on tap”! In addition, you can try the new NITRO Cold Brew Coffee! This is a fantastic upgrade to the traditional cold brew process as they infuse the drinks with nitrogen, creating a light tasking drink that’s refreshing and will keep you running! A cool thing about this process is that there are not nitrogen tanks. Instead the system pulls the nitrogen from the air!

Once again, the new location on Far Hills is the only “Next Generation Dunkin’” in our area! But keep an eye out as the existing stores will transition eventually bringing the tasty and innovative changes across the area. Next-Generation” Dunkin Now Open on Far Hills

While the grand opening is scheduled for January 8th the high tech new concept store located at 5901 Far Hills Ave is doing a soft opening this week. The spot most recently housed Clark’s Pharmacy and before that was a Wendy’s restaurant. I stopped in at the new Dunkin’ today and was greeted by a painter, still doing some last minute touch ups on the newly renovated building.

Tuesday’s Grand Opening Celebration will run from 7-11am and will include gift card giveaways , the Dunkin’ pink carpet, the official ribbon cutting at 10am, photo opportunities with the Dunkin’ mascot and a chance to spin the prize wheel for sweet giveaways.

The 2,000 square foot space in Washington Township is the first new concept store in the Dayton market and just the 3rd in Ohio. With a crisp, clean look, gone is the plastic pink and orange decor of the old shops. Speaking of gone, so to is the “Donuts” part of the business name. Moving forward with just the “Dunkin” moniker, they will keep the familiar “DD” as still part of their company branding.

Inside a very friendly staff were proud to show off all the new equipment and innovations in the shop run by General Manager Gaston Herding, The highlight of which is the new innovative tap system allows them to consistently serve eight cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee.

Josh(pictured right) talked me into sampling the Nitro Cold Brew with an added pump of Thin Mint flavoring and I have to admit as a now coffee drinker, I could see myself getting used to this little sweet caffeine buzz. One of the other great things about Dunkin’ is they serve their breakfast sandwiches all day long! No having to race the clock to make the cutoff time for breakfast like at some other fast food joints!

They showed off the new soft heat brewers, which they explained do a better job of keep the coffee at exactly the right temperature, which allows them to offer a fresh product more consistently. Something else they shared is that the new concept stores small coffee will now be 12 oz, vs the 10 oz that is served up at all the other locations. Each cup of coffee is now labeled when you order, which should help with accuracy on orders, especially when they are busy. All furniture is also moveable, so it’s easy to pull together seating for a coffee meeting. And staying with the high-tech concept, there is even a high top wireless charging table for your phones.

One of the other big changes is the chain’s double drive-thru, with one lane dedicated exclusively for mobile ordering, allowing customers who order ahead via the company’s mobile app to go straight thru the order ahead lane for quick pick up. The second lane is the traditional drive-thru, where you’ll order via a speaker.

Two large glass containers showcase the donuts and there is also an expanded grab and go section, allowing you to grab a drink or some coffee beans to go. You can pick up a box of Jo-to-Go for just $14.99, which holds a gallon of coffee, which is about 10 cups. I also found out that there is a Dunkin’ happy hour, from 2-6pm each day, where you can pick up a medium cappuccino or latte for just $2. Dunkin’ also offers a 20% military discount and a 10% senior citizen discount on all orders.
