The LaSalle brothers, Murphy, Mike, and Tim launched Belle of Dayton in 2013 after years studying the art of distillation under world renowned master distillers. They made a success of their first spirit, Dayton Small Batch Vodka, made from 100% corn spirits and distilled in their 350 gallon copper still at their Oregon District distillery. They’ve since rolled out a Dayton Gin and then Hells Vodka, made from seven of the hottest peppers on earth.

The Belle of Dayton Distillery will soon be expanding operations to include craft cocktails featuring its locally distilled spirits.
Since opening in 2014, the Belle of Dayton Distillery has won numerous international awards and recognition for its pot distilled, small batch spirits along with the prestigious Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco Wine and Spirits- the Best Spirits in the World.
