Artist Talk: Brian Mathus — Being Seen
Join us for a special artist talk and moderated conversation with Brian Mathus, whose exhibition Being Seen is currently on view at the Main Library’s 2nd Floor Gallery.
Presented by The Dayton Society of Artists in collaboration with the Dayton Metro Library, this talk will be moderated by Rodney Veal of ThinkTV and will explore Mathus’s approach to emotional clarity through color, abstraction, and layered meaning. His work draws influence from Fauvism, Cubism, Abstract Expressionism, and African art.
