Today the chefs at Archer’s in Kettering have confirmed a final menu for the CORKS and FORKS Dinner event.

This is a 4 course Food Adventure complete with wine pairings

Here is the lineup just announced !!!!

FIRST COURSE:
WINE FLIGHT 1:
J. PINOT GRIS
FOOD COURSE 1:
BANGING SHRIMP and SPINACH DIP
(Made with 3 cheeses)

SECOND COURSE:
WINE FLIGHT 2:
ROSEHAVEN ROSE
FOOD COURSE 2:
GRILLED ROMAINE HEART CAESAR SALAD
(Served with shaved Parmesan and grape tomatoes. We may showcase Archer’s “Cardinal” dressing.)

THIRD COURSE:
WINE FLIGHT 3: BORNE OF FIRE CABERNET
FOOD COURSE 3:
BEEF TENDERLOIN:
(Served with a wild mushroom red wine sauce, on a bed of mashed potatoes.
Possible Salmon option for those who do not like steak)

FOURTH COURSE:
WINE FLIGHT 4: RISATA MOSCATO D’ASTI
FOOD COURSE 4:
APPLE CRUNCH CAKE
(Apple Pie topped with brown sugar, yellow cake, and mixed nuts.
Key Lime pie option for those with nut allergy)
