Submarine House Celebrating 50 Years!
Today the Submarine House released a new Limited Time Menu bringing you locally sourced burgers with some fun and fresh recipes! It wouldn’t be Sub House without a “Works” burger (pictured here), but there are some other great options as well!
Brothers Jason and Brody Danner were raised in the fast food business. Their dad, Gary, owned the first Submarine House franchise – a submarine shop that’s still located on Main Street in Dayton, Ohio.
In 1997, Jason opened his first Submarine House and in 1999, Brody opened his first Submarine House. Jason and Brody continued to work with and expand the Submarine House concept. They had always talked about what it would be like to have a Submarine House with a sports bar atmosphere. With both of them playing hockey for Ohio University and spending a few weekends in the bars there, they decided to pursue their dreams.
In March of 2006, they opened the very first Submarine House Bar and Grill, and immediately, it was a huge success. Jason and Brody have since taken over the Submarine House franchise.
The Danner brothers have just announced they will be bring their Annual Super Duper Cheesesteak Challenge – this year will be the 10th one! They are teaming up with Dayton Children’s Hospital again for our fundraising efforts this year! Come on out to any Submarine House starting May 1st to take on a 16″ Super Duper Cheesesteak in 16 minutes or less! Qualifying is from May 1st through July 23rd.Actor’s Theatre Fairborn presents The Odd Couple
